Opening Hours

M's Cycles will continue to service and provide customers with bikes and accessories. Over the weekend customers will be able to enter the shop to browse one at a time (or a family group) appointments will take priority over people queueing.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday we are closed allowing the mechanics to work uninterrupted  appointment only basis.

Thursday and Friday we are open by appointment only.

Please note appointments may over run and you may need to wait.

Whilst queueing leave room for pedestrians to pass.

Our Mechanics are working on repairs, services and new bikes that have been booked and do not have time to talk and give advice if your bike needs work please book it on and we will endevor to complete the work as soon as possible.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your contact number and we will call you as soon as possible. Drop your bike as arranged with a card attached with your name and telephone number.

You can call or text us to book an appointment on 07852986165 but please note due to the high number of calls and that calls are not being taken at the shop you may have to wait a long time for a reply.

Once your bike has reached the top of the queue we will contact you with an estimate and proceed on your approval. Once completed we will call you to take payment over the phone and arrange for you to collect the bike.

Kindly understand that services will take longer as we have only one mechanic working at a time but we are doing our upmost to complete the work we already have booked. Part deliveries from our distributors are taking longer.

Punctures

Kindly call to make an appointment on 07852986165. Generally punctures will be ready within 24 hours but longer if dropped off on Sunday.

Payments

We will call you to take payments over the phone whenever possible.

Positive Note

We are very lucky where we live that we have plenty of open spaces such as the Downs Link, South Downs Way and sea front to get some fresh air.  Riding a bike is a great way for individuals and families to get some exercise and fresh air safely...... there is only so much television one can watch.  Please note as usual we will provide a free bike check giving you an estimate on how much a service or repair is.

Please ride safely, keeping your distance and on your own. Only ride in a group if all members live in same household.
