This Months Ride

to the south downs way

M's Cycles worked in Partnership with the South Downs Park earlier this year getting more people out exploring the Downs. It is on our doorstep and a great way to ride avoiding the traffic!!   As part of our intiative to keep the momentum going we have employed a full time member of staff, Will Fraser, who is a qualified Trail Cycle Leader and British Cycling Level 2 Coach.  Our rides are fun and not race orientated but to get individuals to develop their riding skills and picking up new routes to explore.  We hope to grow this and get a group of regular riders.  The rides will run on a monthly basis and are free. We will offer different rides from basic fitness to more challenging.  Will is offering individual Coaching sessions and guided rides which can be arranged from the bike shop and are tailored to your requirements.  He is also setting up some winter training modules, cost and details coming to our website soon.Get ready for out next ride, for a change we are meeting at the war memorial as part of Shoreham Riverfest. Please check the weather forecast and dress accordingly. You will need to bring a couple of spare tubes, decent lights (regardless of the time of year), water and maybe a gel, energy bar or some food in case you run out of energy.
